Kickboxing Fundamentals

Learn the basics of kickboxing in this 5-week beginner-friendly course! You’ll develop striking skills, improve fitness, and build confidence through kicks, punches, and defensive movements. Each session is designed to challenge you while allowing you to progress at your own pace.

Bring comfortable clothing and a willingness to move.

The course is taught by Jong, an experienced martial artist in Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA, who combines technical skill with a passion for making classes fun, engaging, and accessible for all levels.

 

The ticket will provide you with 5 sessions running the following days and times:

Tuesdays, 7:30pm - 8:30pm, 21st April - 19th May
