Pilates: Mat Work
Strengthen your core, improve posture, and boost your confidence in this 10-week Mat Pilates course. Exercises are tailored to all abilities, with clear guidance from the experienced team at Motus – Back In Motion Physiotherapy & Pilates. Mats are provided—just bring a water bottle (and your own mat if you prefer).
Perfect for beginners or those with some Pilates experience, this course offers a supportive, guided environment to help you move safely, feel stronger, and enjoy your practice.
The ticket will provide you with 10 sessions running the following days and times:
Wednesdays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm, 4th March - 13th May, excluding April 8th - bring along a mat if you would like to use your own, and wear comfortable clothing.
