In this hands-on class you'll learn how to make your own pizza dough from scratch. From kneading to proofing, hydration and temperature control, you'll learn how to stretch the dough like a pro and maybe even flick it up in the air?

We'll finish by baking your own pizza from dough that we have pre-prepared, and of course eating it!
