West Coast Swing Continuing ~ Semester One, 2019

West Coast Swing Continuing ~ Semester One, 2019

This one's for those of you who have completed at least one West Coast Swing beginners course or have previous dance experience. West Coast Swing is a social partner dance, born in California and now danced all around the world. This swing dance has a smooth, elastic feel where both the leader and follower can develop their own styles and express themselves to the music. It can be danced to a wide range of music: modern pop, hip hop or R&B; or more old-school rock 'n‘ roll and blues. You don't need a partner or any dance experience! Just come along, dance, and have a great time. We'd love to see you there.

You don't need a partner or any dance experience! Just come along, dance, and have a great time. We'd love to see you there.

Continuing dancers are also invited and encouraged to stick around for the Beginners classes afterwards (7:00pm-8:00pm), so they can keep having fun and work on their dancing.

THERE'S MORE!

There will be an opportunity for some freestyle/ practice 8.00-9.00pm each Friday after class.
