Boxing for Fitness

This is a fitness based boxing course, with some technique work. You will be doing a combination of cardio and strength training drills incorporating the use of gloves, focus mitts and skipping ropes. It isn’t for the faint hearted so be prepared to sweat it out. No pain, no gain!


Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the previously advertised Monday lunchtime course. Apologies for any inconvenience. There's still the Friday sessions!!
