Dealing With Procrastination

This workshop is run in association with the Otago University's Student Health Services.

Tired of putting off important tasks? Most people identify with procrastination at certain times of their life, however sometimes procrastination can take over and stop us from doing what matters. Dealing with Procrastination is a supportive wellbeing group aimed at promoting strategies to manage procrastination. This group is a single session focused on psycho-education about procrastination and skills for reducing the impact of procrastination on important tasks and academic workload.
