This course will give you a basic understanding of how to read, write and speak In Mandarin. This course will cover the PinYin (which is the English sound annotation for reading Chinese), Chinese characters (how to read and write and find patterns to memorize them) and prepare you to become capable of continued-improving on this basis in the future. This course is beginner friendly as everything will be taught assuming no prior knowledge of Mandarin. However, even those with prior studies should find this course beneficial.
If you are asking the question: ”Why do I just forget all the words?” “How come the only thing I know after 5 years of studying is Ni Hao?” This course will hopefully help you develop a lasting foundation on which to guide your way to becoming fluent in the language.
PLEASE NOTE: Course is now Wednesdays 6.30-8.00pm (starting 27th March) not Tuesdays, as previously advertised.
Ending 22nd May 2019 No class on 24th April
