The OUSA Student Support Centre bring you, in collaboration with Nutrition & Life, a workshop dedicated to Mindful eating, the smarter way to good nutrition. Explore some truths around diets, learn to embrace body shape, and understand better your body’s cues re appetite and cravings.

 In this 1 ½ hour free workshop you will get to explore topics such as:

  • The truth about diets – why diets don’t work and what we can do instead 
  • Embrace body shape – feel good in your own skin and forget weight and body concerns
  • Embrace body cues – stop feeling crazy around food and learn techniques to help you with cravings and understand your appetite
