The OUSA Student Support Centre bring you, in collaboration with Nutrition & Life, a workshop dedicated to Mindful eating, the smarter way to good nutrition. Carrying on from the Level One Workshop, you’ll look at how to embrace all foods, make food choices simple and enjoyable, and explore the art of mindful eating in everyday life.
In this 1 1/2 hour free workshop you'll explore the follwing topics:
- Nourishing self-care – be kind to yourself and live mindfully
- Embrace all foods – make food choices simple and enjoyable, learn to eat for satisfaction and fullness.
- Putting it into practice – how to eat mindfully in everyday life
