OVERVIEW

This course is offered in conjunction with the awesome local coffee legends, Common Ground Espresso.  We limit numbers on this productive and interesting course to 4 students in order to maximise value for all involved, it's very much about hands-on learning.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Over the two-hour session, students will cover the Common Ground training goals. These goals are to understand:

•Coffee Heritage

•demonstrate Knowledge of Espresso Hardware

•demonstrate Knowledge of Coffee Roasting Process and,

•prepare and Present Espresso Coffee.

These goals aim to combine knowledge of coffee heritage and espresso hardware with practical coffee training. Students will have the opportunity to observe a coffee bean roast and develop an overall understanding of espresso coffee from bean to cup.
