The Emergency Preparedness Activity Day on the 5th September will give students the opportunity to learn from experts about how to protect themselves and their loved ones during an emergency, while also giving them the chance to win prizes and munch on free food. 

Students are encouraged to come along to a day of fun interactive competitions and amazing demonstrations from the following organisations;

- Civil Defence will be bring their Shake Shack so you can experience a simulated earthquake!

- OUSA Clubs and Societies will be running a Stretcher Race with prizes from Union Grill thanks the Univeristy Union

- Fire & Emergency Service will be giving students the opportunity to challenge themselves on their recruitment obstacle course!

- St. Johns will be running CPR and defibrilator demonstrations
