Cultural Night - Otago University Sri Lankan Students' Association

SLSA presents "Black Lion"

This event is brought to you by the Otago University Sri Lankan Students Association (SLSA). SLSA is an affiliated club with OUSA.

From the association that brought you FINDING NIMAL, comes a rollercoaster ride of an adventure in SLSA PRESENTS: BLACK LION.

Sri Lanka, a beautiful gem in the Indian Ocean, is the most tea-logically advanced society in the world. Merrill Fernando is the Black Lion, the jewel of this island paradise, and gifted with the power of wielding the Sacred Tea, otherwise known as Dilmah (do try it!).

However, tragedy has struck! Merrill has been kidnapped and the world has been left Dilmah-less. Without his special powers to unite the world with the Sacred Tea, the world will collapse into disarray.

Join our favourite STI (that's Stop Terrorism Institute to you) secret agents as they learn how to be Lankan and make the journey from the Dirty D to the lush hills of Sri Lanka in their quest to locate the Black Lion and restore order to the globe.

Doors open 7pm, show starts at 7:30pm, Saturday 11th August!

TICKETS:
Students - $10
Non-Students - $15

More information on purchasing tickets will be later provided. All profits are going to a local Dunedin charity.
