Your tutor, Mia, is passionate about sustainability and loves helping people discover simple, environmentally conscious ways to support their wellbeing. With experience running the Slow Food Youth Otago club, she brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach to exploring food that’s good for you and good for the planet.
