Peace from Within: Yoga Session
Trauma Informed Yoga will be a class run by Jasmin Dingemans.
Jasmin is a transformational facilitator in the field of embodied practice and trauma recovery. Over the last 16+ years, Jasmin has been facilitating Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork, Somatics, Ceremony and Sound Healing around the world — from India and Nepal to Canada, Mexico, and her native New Zealand.
Her work integrates trauma-informed care, nervous system literacy, and timeless wisdom to support meaningful, practical shifts like building strength & flexibility, and releasing stress while also tending to whole person wellbeing and healing. It will provide a learning environment where students can feel safe to experience trauma informed yoga. The class will run for approx. 1-2hrs
