EXECUTIVE QUICK ROUND UP
The Executive explained what they were up to.
An Executive Retreat is taking place at Araiteuru Marae, Shetland Street, Kaikorai on February 9-11. It starts with a Powhiri at 7pm on the 9th (Friday) and ends on the 11th with a Poroporoaki at 3pm.
CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES DISCUSSION
One of the changes to be implemented is the reporting from the Te Roopu Maori President to OUSA as they amended their constitution which doesn’t match OUSA.
There are other changes to be considered along with this and will be consider by the Executive later.

CAPPING CHARITY 2018
The Executive are to select two charities and write a small note about them. Send through to Donna or Cam for the next executive agenda.
In the past the Executive have collected donations at the Capping Show queues for the charity but this will need to be advertised more to ensure students and families bring cash along. Also suggested that events be held for any charity chosen to promote and bring a focus to them.
STUDENT JOB SEARCH
Attached are SJS statistics for your information. OUSA contributes $17,000 per annum to them as they are one of our services.

GENERAL BUSINESS
Executive meetings – during Summer School all meetings will be held at 3pm each Wednesday in the Clubs and Societies Building. Once the Executive have their timetables the meeting times will be looked at again.
