MATTERS ARISING
Bike Bash � Hamish had an email from Ebba Ourfali one of the organisers and it appears they are requesting that OUSA be one of their platforms to increase exposure, promotion and awareness of CanTeen and their event. It was suggested that Hamish forward this email to AJ the Communications Officer for his consideration.
Timesheets � Ruby emphasized that she intended for this to be a way of a self-evaluation process, and to have office hours more accessible to students. In the meantime if the 1:1 meetings continue from next week until a full executive meeting where ideas can be discussed again.
BY ELECTION DATES
There was a brief discussion about the period of election campaigning having a two day grace period before the candidates� campaign after the closing of nominations.
This would need to go through the policy process if it was changed. To be discussed again at a later date once people have put thought into it.
