It was requested that the appropriate forms be used for all affiliations to prevent errors. William will oversee future documents before they are submitted to the agenda.
The Bible Elohim Academy Club's constitution has an error with the date and needs amended. With the proviso that the date is amended there was agreement to affiliate.

FOSTER KIDS FUNDING APPLICATION
As attached Foster Kids New Zealand have requested funding towards the 2016 Family Fun Day Otago being held on 5 November 2016 at Moana Pool.
It was noted there is $250 remaining in the donations budget.

President away - Laura notified the meeting she will be attending a conference in America for 2 weeks. This is a fact finding mission with the University on behalf of the SHARE group.
