ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

It is always difficult to get enough members to attend for the required quorum count.  We need at least 105 in attendance.  Imogen is hoping to coordinate a quiz directly after the AGM that should help with attendance.

Ways suggested to promote this would be an advertisement on Radio One, Critic and ask for a notice to go out to all our Clubs and Societies groups to attend.

NZUSA has donated a little to this, but there is a shortfall so they asked OUSA if we could assist as being a national organisation, they aren’t eligible to apply for OUSA clubs grants.  The Co-presidents are both University of Otago students and they have the backing of the Otago Disabled Students’ Association (ODSA)
