MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2020 AT 11.05AM HELD IN THE CLUBS AND SOCIETIES CENTRE, ALBANY STREET, DUNEDIN

HEALTH AND SAFETY
No incidents to report. The Health and Safety committee met last week.
OUSA UPDATE
The Clubs Culture review is in draft form and Debbie will report more on it later.
The OUSA survey is open today. All encouraged to fill it out.
The Covid-19 level update is this afternoon and we are hoping to move to level 1. OUSA has been managing the levels however Starters Bar are most effected.
The Wi-Fi project is underway at the Clubs and Societies Building. OUSA is moving to an independent company.
Debbie will be on Annual Leave this coming Friday and Monday.

397/20 THAT the minutes of the Colleges Committee meeting held on 14 September 2020 be received.

The Colleges committee appointments are to go through the Executive. Jack to submit names.
LIFE MEMBERSHIP OF OUSA
The recipient names are kept a secret for the surprise announcement at the Executive end of year party.
