OUSA UPDATE
Auckland Beerfest (tickets sold over 2000). Well run event and bodes well for future events.
Student Support Centre have high student numbers coming through.
Next big event for OUSA is Hyde Street.
Canoe club shifting to the aquatic centre over Easter, exciting will be far better suited to them and make carpark access easier for staff.
Easter coming up so Friday/Mon/Tues are stat days (expect to see less people around).

Changes to OUSA grants – Nicky unable to attend Exec meeting as planned, Dushanka to speak to Nicky's notes. Michaela and Dush to follow up with Nicky this week.
GENERAL BUSINESS
Meeting with electoral commission today
Sam and Bryn from SSDP to speak about clause that meant they weren't affiliated. Hosting potlucks and documentary viewings, information campaigns to reduce harm. Mhairi offered to write submissions if they come up, reaffiliation to come up next meeting with Dushanka to circulate new constitution
Noting Donna Jones is away for 10 days,
Next meeting to be held the Monday after Easter.
