Plant Based Cooking Workshop with Hagar Ozri

WHAT ITS ABOUT

Do you want to develop your skills in healthy, affordable plant-based eating? This workshop will go over maintaining a balanced diet, what plant based proteins are best and teach you to cook three delicious meals. Expect recipes, demonstration, and getting hands-on. Gain simple kitchen skills and walk away with some confidence in healthy plant based eatting.

28th July

Vegan cinnamon date & walnut muffins

Moroccan lentil stew

Pickled cucumber salad

 

11th August

Stewed fruit salad

Vegan spaghetti bolognaise

Orange & walnut cabbage salad

 

REQUIREMENTS

Please sign up ONLY if you plan on coming. We have limited spaces, but rely on attedance to be able to keep these workshops funded to keep them cheap.

Hagar Ozri is a plant-based chef with 25 years experience in the hospitality and wellness industry.
