Plant Based Cooking Workshop with Hagar Ozri
WHAT ITS ABOUT
Do you want to develop your skills in healthy, affordable plant-based eating? This workshop will go over maintaining a balanced diet, what plant based proteins are best and teach you to cook three delicious meals. Expect recipes, demonstration, and getting hands-on. Gain simple kitchen skills and walk away with some confidence in healthy plant based eatting.

REQUIREMENTS
Please sign up ONLY if you plan on coming. We have limited spaces, but rely on attedance to be able to keep these workshops funded to keep them cheap.
