Thank you for booking space at the OUSA Clubs & Societies Centre!

By booking a room, you agree to our Centre’s terms and conditions, available here: https://www.ousa.org.nz/clubsandsocs/room-bookings---covid-information

Important information about your booking:
• Please check in at reception when you arrive and exchange your student ID for the room key.
• Your room will be held for 15 minutes from the start of your booking. If you haven’t arrived within that time, the room may be reallocated.
• OUSA reserves the right to cancel or end any booking at any time, including during the booking itself. While we do our best to avoid this, unforeseen circumstances may arise—having a backup plan is always wise.

Booking Guidelines:
• You may book up to 2 hours per day, up to 2 weeks in advance.
• If you need to book for longer, please contact our Centre Coordinator.
• Please do not coordinate with others to book back-to-back sessions.

If you’re unable to attend your booking, please cancel it via MyOUSA, email us at clubsandsocs@ousa.org.nz, or call us on 03 777 3901.
