MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE EMERGENCY MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 2 JULY 2020 AT 4.01PM HELD VIA ZOOM AND OUSA CUMBERLAND STREET DUNEDIN.

269/20 THAT the OUSA Executive requests the Dunedin Fire and Circus Club provide Financials records, asset register and membership list – for the purpose of club affiliation inspection by 5pm 3rd July, allowing for two weeks from the 3rd to provide additional supporting documents.
