Paul wished to note that four reports were late which is a breach of the reporting policy and should be reported on.
There was discussion on updating the reporting policy in the future. Should reports reflect Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)? Should there be result based duties and goals? Would the goals be achievable? There would need to be common sense rules apply.
BOTTLE BUY BACK
Nina will have an updated report later. She said there were 10,882 bottles recycled. The feedback she has received was good, although more advertising next time. She hopes to hold another BBB nearing the end of the semester. She will advertise later on facebook etc.
