REFERENDUM QUESTIONS AMENDMENT
There were a couple of submission received and passed onto the Mediator with suggested word changes.
"Do you support the OUSA executive's decision to cease spending $45,000 on NZUSA each year?"
Should be changed to: "Should OUSA retain or withdraw membership of the New Zealand University Students Association?"
The executive debated if the question required to be a ‘yes/no’ answer to fit with the voting system set up. This to be checked out and referred back.
GENERAL BUSINESS
OUSA Xmas party - Annually the executive host a function for stakeholders, volunteers, staff and all involved for the year to show appreciation of their contributions. Please come up with a couple of dates and get back to Isaac as we need to book a venue and send out invitations.
