The Otago Postgraduate Association (OPA) is replacing the former Otago University Postgraduate Society (OUPS) as the primary university club for postgraduate representation, support, and development. We held our inaugural AGM on September 7th, 2018.
OPA aims to hold monthly events for postgraduate students, focusing on a mix of socialising, professional development, and supporting needs. Please get in touch if there are issues you would like us to respond to or ideas that you have for us to provide better services for postgraduate students.
A postgraduate student at the University of Otago is defined as someone in a PhD, Masters, Honours, Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma for Graduates, or Postgraduate Certificate course, regardless of full time or part time status.
